Subscription Services

For monthly subscription plans:

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our service.
  • After the first 7 days, we do not provide refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

For annual subscription plans:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • If you cancel after 14 days but before the end of your annual term, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion of your subscription, less a processing fee.

How to Request a Refund
